I finely had to give a maid a tip just to get replacement towels, they never refilled our facial tissue box, we only had one roll of toilet tissue, and using it for facial and toilet it went fast. Our room would not get cleaned until after 5:00 PM. They did provide good food, and excellant advise on what to do while we were there.

The beach was right outside, food was good.

They had bad cleaning service.

We are planning to use this hotel on all further trips to Miami. There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the hotel, the beach facilities are great, and there is a boardwalk right behind the beach to run on. Really cool builing as well.

Location is perfect, and the hotel itself is very nice.

Valet parking could be run more smoothly.

Did not get an ocean front room as confirmed, but nice room with 2 queen beds. Bath/shower nice and clean as well as room. Not enough vending/market place choices. Needs to consider coffee vendor better snacks.

Staff very helpful, and beach and boardwalk close and nice.

Market place too small with not enough items. Needs coffee shop.

The Courtyard by Marriott Miami Beach Oceanfront, covering 3 acres of land, is an ideal place to enjoy a beach walk in moon light; spectacular sunrises; and magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. The South Beach, American Airlines Arena, Miami Beach Convention Center and downtown Miami are minutes away from the hotel, nine miles from the Miami International Airport. This 3-Diamond AAA hotel overlooking the ocean has all popular facilities. Most of the visitors were happy with everything and would not mind staying here again. They appreciated bar, swimming pool, prompt service, location, bedding, beach, price, cleanliness, business center, adequate breakfast, well-kept comfy rooms and views. However, a few travelers were disappointed with small rooms with poor lay put and worn out amenities, ill-kept bathrooms and dark noisy restaurant.
