Some things you don't mind paying more for, even when you know its too much. But when you pay 5-10 times more for something that is obviously worse than what you would expect ($$$+ for a room with a concrete floor, $$ for a weak drink in a plastic cup after 20 minutes waiting, and horrible staff), it's irritating. Useless and apathetic service, clearly rip off prices, and unimaginative cost cutting design posing as style. A cheap update of an old hotel. Don't stay here. You can get much better value and a much better experience elsewhere in Miami.

Decent Hotel, VERY nice pool area. Lots of want-a-be's, and pretty people. Fastlane crowd. Rude staff & unimaginably high prices on everything. Beer like $10, drinks like $15. Dinner over $100. Hotel itself not worth more than $190 per night max. They are selling image however.

excellent staff/servive.linnens v/g quality, Loved decor 'cept floors. Some type of concrete? unfinished. Look is cool but seem difficult to clean, don't always look clean. Had a deluxe king room 5th floor. Would not reccomend below 4th floor if you're in the tower over restraunt/bar. LOUD at nite, view is better higher up. No noise on the 5th floor. Little to no noise from other rooms but hallways loud. Great room decor esp. large glass shower. Good food but overpriced $36 breakfast buffett. Pool/outside area awsome, reserve spot early!! Nite life "happening", nice atmosphere.

This hotel was what great. I was really impessed by the decor. The only thing that needs improvement is the floors. I know its supposed to be part of the decore...but concrete gets cold. Overall, this hotel is great. I enjoyed the bar and the pool area is great. The only bad part is that you can't really enjoy it at night since it turns into a club. The staff, is friendly for the most part (but you better be ready to tip...or they suddenly forget about you). I will stay there again.

I love this hotel. It is expensive, but you know that before you book it. The service was excellent w/ a friendly staff and the nightlife is awesome. I have stayed on a girls trip and also with my husband. Also great shopping downstairs at SCOOP!! But not kid friendly at all...go to the Loews with the kids!!
