WE HAD A WONDER FUL TIME, We arrived late (aprox 9:45 P.M.) our bags were take to our room immediatly. The bellman called down to the restaraunt and had them stay open a little longer for us because we had not eaten yet. Nothing we asked for seemed to be a problem or too much to ask. Our room was small but extreemly clean, valet staff goes out of the way to be helpful. The pool is out of this world, and the beach is beautiful. A++ everyone smiles.

Had a very enjoyable, but short, stay. The staff was extremely courteous, and helpful. I will definitely consider staying at your hotel again on future visits.

2nd time at Loews in last year and very impressed both times. Top shelf service. Definately one of the best on South Beach and worth every penny. Great Pool and beach access. Close to everything. Will definately go back.

Thank you to everybody in this hotel. The customer service is wonderful. I enjoyed a lot my days in this hotel.I went with my little dog and everything was perfect. the rooms are clean and it's in the center of South Beach.

The Loews Miami Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This hotel is perfect for honeymooners or family vacations. The amenities are great and the best part of the hotel is the beautiful pool is open 24 hours a day and has private beach access. The beds were not as soft and confortable as they could be. This was a family trip, but my husband and I want to go back to South Beach and we will definately be staying at the Loews

This is one of my favorite hotels in South Beach. It is upscale, has an accomodating staff, beautiful beach and pool area, fun & hip lounges and a prime location. I agree the rooms are small but everything is in South Beach. You can't go wrong here. The prices can be high but there are deals out there. You know what you are getting here and won't be disappointed. I will definately return!

We loved this hotel. Although it was a bit pricey, it was well worth the money. The room was a little small, but who cares when you have a heated pool and an entire beach right outside your door. The room was well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The location is just a short walk to the art-deco area and shopping. Once you arrive, no car is needed. If you bring a car, keep in mind the hotel charges $22 a day for parking. Did I mention they have a great Martini Bar? We will return again next Christmas!

Loews Miami within walking distance of South Beach clubs, restaurants and shopping district. South Beach is expensive, so expect to pay higher than average for everything, including rental of beach chairs. Rooms are smaller than comparable hotels in Las Vegas. However, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Received superior service and friendly attitude from entire hotel staff including bellmen, valets, housekeeping and concierge.

Went with a group of 200 people and staff handled everything brilliantly. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Great view on private balcony, smoothies were irresistable, and heated pool open 24 hours. Multiple bars and restuarants to choose from.Loved private beach area.Best location in SoBe.Expensive but the incredible luxury is worth it.

My sister and I went into the gift shop and we were followed by the salesclerk. It would not have been noteworthy except for the fact that a number of non- Black individuals also came into the gift shop and they were not bothered nor followed. Security was called and the problem was explained. Tracy in Security sent a complimentary bottle of wine and a plate of cheese. I conferred with my attorney when I came home and he said that I received the wine in an attempt to prevent a lawsuit. I would also like say that I am a physician and receive a pretty good income so that anything that I had seen in the gift shop that I wanted ,I could easily have purchased. This was my main problem with the hotel.

We went to South Beach for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. I felt like I was among the rich and famous. The pool was beautiful, the beach was so easy to get to. The food although pricey,was wonderful. The martini's were the best. The rooms were so clean, turn down service at night was great. So romantic, every night when we got back, besides the mints there was soft music playing. I am only writing this because I always wondered if these reviews were for real. This is real! We loved every minute of our stay!

Great stay, great service, room was beautiful cause our balcony faced the pool, ocean and city but the double beds are small. Will come back again for sure.

I recently stayed for business/broken glass in bathroom when checked in/6 x to clean up/moved to construction floor/stay as far away as possible!

Probably the nicest and best located hotel on the beach. Walking distance to both Lincoln and Ocean Dr. activities. Service was the best we have experienced anywhere. Meals were pricey even for South Beach.
