The Astor Hotel, an Art Deco landmark, is known for contemporary design, opulence and sophistication. The hotel, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, features a vertical water sculpture and authentic 1936 Vitrolite wall panels. A favorite hotel of fashion photographers, artists and celebrities is located in the center of South Beach. The hotel, just across the FIU Wolfsonian Museum, provides town car / limo, dry cleaning and concierge services. Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, Beach, Art Deco Welcome Center, Ocean Front Park, Lincoln Theater, restaurants and shops of Lincoln Road, Jackie Gleason Theater of the Performing Arts and Miami Beach Convention Center are a few blocks away from the hotel.

Several deluxe amenities and personalized service await you at the Astor. Amenable and courteous staff commended the respect of all guests. They also loved the location. Almost all of them were delighted and would like to stay at the hotel again. They raved about art deco design, garden, spotless remodeled rooms with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. However, a few visitors were disappointed with thin mattresses, noisy rundown rooms and non-operational onsite bar and restaurant. Read our customer reviews?
Astor Hotel Accommodations
The sunny Regular Room, covering 230-square-foot of floor area, has a queen-size bed, modern headboard, work desk, armoire, CD mini stereo, fully stocked mini bar, safe, Frette linens, two bathrobes, two phone lines and data ports. Spacious marble bathrooms are equipped with shower/bathtub.

All public areas are air-conditioned. Audio visual equipment and high-speed Internet are available within the premises. Newspaper and Molton Brown toiletries are complimentary. The Hotel Astor Bar, popular evening hangout; and Garden Lounge Area are ideal to sip drinks and gossip. Daily breakfast buffet is served for the convenience of guests. Café Joley serves American food with a European touch.
