Simple rooms with a comfortable bed and spartan furnishings. Bathroom sink is tiny but the shower is roomy. Continental breakfast included in the price. Terrific location near Lincoln Road. I found the staff to be very conscientious and helpful. One great perk is you are permitted to use the pool of their sister hotel (The Albion) located on the next block. A good value given the location.

The Green View hotel, I can say was not so bad. It was convenienty located in the strip of SoBe. The lobby well decorated deco style. Very friendly customer service. What I didn't like so much was that the carpet in the hotel was pretty dingy and there was a funny mildew smell in the closets...... and that the sink was ity bity ( I really mean small). But other than that our stay was good. The room itself was very stylish. I would probably stay there again.

Greenview South Beach was a good value! The rooms were nothing special but very clean and the staff was for the most part very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

The service was friendly, the rooms are clean. In a good location, around the corner from the beach and lincoln road. Walkable distance to the entire night life. Very please with service and stay. Only neg. were bathroom sink is small and elevator is small, but very duable....would def. come back again.

Tiny elevator (about the size of a refrigerator box). First floor rooms require that you walk up stairs. Those who may be physically handicapped will have difficulty. There are no "no smoking" rooms. Space is definitely at a premium for storage. The shower is oversized, bigger than the elevator, but the sink is comparable to a bar sink.

Front desk was very friendly, rooms were clean and good size, it was quiet, and the continental breakfast was good. It was within walking distance of all south beach. Would stay there again.
