WE HAD A NICE VACANTION ,but when we wanted to extend our stay with couple of days we had to change the room ,and we got a bad one ,it even had cockroaches in there .When I informed the front desk people about the cockroaches they said that somebody will come to desinfect the room .why they didn't give us a different room ? I don't know,but for this reason I will not go there again.They should clean the rooms and desinfect before they put people in .So we moved to Trump Sonesta.And if you go there with kids ,bring your own water toys ,unless you want to pay $ 15 an hour for an inflatable toy.

The service at the Eden Roc is superior. It is perfect for business and pleasure.

The food was cold and my fish was like cardboard. Upon departure 2 bell men opened the door to my cab, when I tipped one expecting both to share the other had someting to say as I pulled away.

The hotel was great, service and amenities good. I especially liked that it was an oceanfront location.

Visited Memorial Day weekend and although way too crouded, the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are older and could use renovating but the hotel as a whole is nice place to stay.

This place looks and sounds so great, but if you are a regular traveler and you KNOW what a "resort" is supposed to be like you will be disappointed with this place.

From the minute we stepped into this roach motel we were treated like we had the plague. We checked in at 3pm and didn't recieve a decent room until 9pm. Sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes before getting serviced meanwhile watched a roach crawl up into the coffee bean holder/grinder -- Columbian Roach Coffee anyone? The roomservice was a joke. Made spa appointments only to find out after we got there that we weren't in the books. Not worth the money and our business will be taken elsewhere.
