This hotel was a fantastic find. We couldn't have been happier! The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is a relatively short cab ride to the clubs in South Beach. The food at the restaurants was great, and the poolside bar service was an added bonus!

the people at the front desk were very nice and accomodating.They gave me a beautiful room which if i was in another hotel i would have had to pay more money for that room.You feel like royalty in the room.

the rooms are very pretty and spacious compared to other hotels i have stayed in

Hope

The Eden Roc has undergone a nice renovation. The large heated pool is terrific, pool deck is nice. The beach is short, however since the hurricanes, and nicer beaches are north and south of the Eden Roc. Staff is helpful, and star bucks coffee is available in the hotel.

The Eden Roc is a magnificent hotel on Collins Avenue. You will be awed by the beauty of the lobby and it's architecture. The rooms are spacious and in most cases the service is above reproach. This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to be pampered. Most of the rooms have balconies with wonderful ocean views.
Need to relax? Try their two ocean front pools or unwind with a treatment at their ocean front spa. There is also 600 feet of white sandy beach where you can work on your tan. There are cabanas and covered beach lounge chairs, plus beach attendants if you suddenly decided that you absolutely have another pina colada.

This hotel boasts 349 guest rooms and suites. They are fairly roomy and comfortable although the decor should probably be updated. Each room comes with an Italian marble bath with hair dryer, cable television, coffee maker, in room safe, voice mail and two line phones.

This hotel features two beach side pools, 600 feet of beach front, water sports and beach rentals, a beach side spa, salon, cabanas, valet parking, a wonderful gym with 16-channel personal audio/visual system, aerobics classes, spinning and box aerobics, a full service business center, daily newspaper delivery and several restaurants. Wave runners are available at all times. Kayaking or para sailing though should be called for in advance to make sure that they are available when you need them. High speed Internet access is available for an extra fee. As you can see there is plenty to do at this hotel.

Although this hotel is currently undergoing construction and therefore has had some recent snafus, it is a charming resort with everything you could want in a beach side resort. The rooms are spacious, the pools are fantastic and the beach is right there. What else could you want?
Lounge by the beach or pool during the day, then head out for some of the local night life. Or stay in and enjoy some of their fabulous food.
The hotel restaurants are wonderful and other fine restaurants are a short cab ride away. And the staff, when not completely overwhelmed are eager to please.
There is plenty to do here and you are relatively close to many of Miami Beach's attractions.
