The prices quoted by internet travel sites are misleading. Add $20/day for mandatory valet park. Then add $7/day for 'resort fee'. Internet? Sure: $12/day. The facility is old and the rooms have not been adequately updated. The lobby looks great -- but you won't be sleeping there, will you? To top it off, the front desk crew is surly. Its like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to stay here. Avoid unless you like paying high prices for a shoddy property.

This is the worst place I ever stayed. I refused to stay in the first three rooms assigned to me. Finally finding one that I was not scared to lay my head, but yet very dissipointed. This place should be "CONDEMNED"

First they hit you with a $20 a day parking fee. Then they try telling you that you have to pay a $7 day hotel fee for the use of beach chairs and beach towels. They say it is mandatory. The front desk people are rude. I was told you don't have to pay the $7 fee and you don't have to check. The hotel room didn't get cleaned once and had to ask the front desk for clean towels. The windows in the room were filthy. The room it self was disgusting. there were wet spots on the floor, toilet ran all night and all day

Other than my experiences in third world countries have I ever spent a night in a hotel in this bad of condition, The batrhrooms were dirty the furniture was in disrepair and the room smelled bad.

Room renovations going on...Room had sloppy paint job over lumps, gouges and nails holes and a weird cheimal stench.1 of 4 elevators worked. Beach is very narrow and steeply sloped.Staff's command of English is nonexistant. Network TV stations not working. WiFi internet was good and shower water pressure was good. Parking fee and resort fee=RIP-OFF!There are better places to go.

For the money spent this hotel was not worth it. We felt we could have stayed at a lower star hotel and had a better room. This hotel looks run down inside and outside. It is not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. It shows no signs of being a resort just a overpriced hotel. NOT HAPPY WITH STAY THERE. I will not be using your site anymore for hotel booking because the agent misinformed me about the entire hotel information including distance from airport, seaport, shopping attractions.

The hotel is in a gorgeous location; the beach & pool are a great getawat. BUT I was lucky enough to go during the Spring Break season where security is almost non-existent so there were 'spring breakers' all over the property basically running a muck w.o any consequence from the hotel staff that I saw. I brought it to the staff's attention several times but nothing really changed while I was there.

What a dump! Holes in the carpet, stains on every wall and supreme mold infestation SERIOUS lack of friendliness and accommodation by the desk staff. Nearly every surface is scratched, marred or stained.

This was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was horrible- dirty, moldy...bugs. The bathroom had no fan, thus it was moldy. The staff was horrible, not a friendly person in the place, including the manager who shrugged off our complaints. The food was rotten too...stay as far away as you can from this place!

Staff was very helpful. Room was neat, clean, good value for the money. Beach & pool area were great. Had a very nice time. Good low cost restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again!

If you like the following enjoy your stay:Mold in your bathroom, and hole in the ceiling by the shower head,and friendly cockroach , Oh yes and our little buddies the bedbugs....dirty halls, broken chairs on the beach area,Health advisory if you have asthma do NOT stay here...but the view was nice.....

I stayed at this hotel memorial day weekend and although it was far from the action it was worth the stay and I would stay again. The lobby was gorgeous and our room was clean and was a good size. We had space for all of our luggage and space to spare. I would definitely stay again. Also there was an ihop, dennys, walgreens and other convenient spot close by. Besides the fact that the fire alarm went off for like 15 minutes in the middle of the night it was a great spot.

My husband and I were put in this hotel with 600 other PSU fans as part of our Orange Bowl tour package. HORRIBLE! Bugs, filth, unfriendly staff are just a few things to mention. Don't believe the pictures or their web site. Stay away...far, far away from this place!

THe free beach umbrellas was why I stayed. The staff for the cars was prompt. Room was clean and so was the pool.

Stayed for a week, had none of the problems I've read in the reviews--no bugs or problems with staff. One of the staff got a cab for us in the morning we left. nice for the money paid. Needs some work, but we spent most of our time on the beach so we didn't care. Resort fee includes beach chairs. Pay for the oceanfront balcony---ocean was right outside the door! Couldn't have afforded this view elsewhere, not sure if I'd have liked the hotel as much without this.

WORST/ DIRTY/ Noise Staff not friendly! Was a bad experience for the hotel. We paid for oceanview!!! We saw 1/4 of the view! The place was far from miami beach center. We never return at this place. Suggestion: pay a other 20$ for a clean bedroom in .. a other hotel.

Booked room over the phone with specific questions about the view. Hotel representative lied indicating room was oceanfront with balcony. Room had no balcony, could not even open the window. All the guests were complaining about condition and smells in their rooms. VERY NOISY place to stay. What a rip off. Could not wait to get home for a decent nice sleep.
