Items included with the room rate are a continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is 11 miles from Lake Seminole. Other area landmarks and attractions include the Florida Caverns State Park with its curious limestone formations, canoeing on the Chipola River, Blue Springs State Park, Bear Claw River Rides, Falling Waters State Park, Chipola Junior College and shopping at a nearby Super Wal-Mart.

Frequent visitors to Marianna say this Quality Inn has some of the lowest prices in town. The rooms may not be the biggest but they are clean and comfortable. Dog owners say this is an ideal place to stop since the employees are pet-friendly and there are plenty of places to take the family pooch for walkies and the charges are reasonable.
