Check in was easy. Room was clean with plenty of supplies. Loved the Bath & Body works products in the bathroom. Newspaper at the door in the morning. Loved the coffee in our room along with the iron and ironing board.

This Hotel was a former Sheraton property which is now apparently managed by the bank. Its tired and needs a real makeover. I was disappointed in general. It could be a lovely property otherwise.
The location next to I4 was convenient. The staff was helpful.
Ants in my room the entire stay. Rooms are not well insulated from hall noise. Room not changed after 1st night.

I was floored when we pulled up to the hotel. It was beautiful! Inside was even better. Their pool was great and the people were all very nice!
The amenities were wonderful- pool, restaurant, business office, etc.
My only complaint is that they didn't have a free continental breakfast and the service at the restaurant was a little slow.

Most travelers to Maitland who stayed at this Sheraton say it is a fantastic hotel and certainly the best place to stay in the area. There is a top-notch team of employees determined that everyone should have an enjoyable time. Many guests were impressed with the atrium with its waterfall and tropical landscaping. The rooms have been redesigned and all have flat screen televisions. The majority of visitors say they will be staying here again and plan to recommend the property to family and friends.
