We had an awesome time here! The rooms were VERY comfortable - GREAT BEDS! The breakfast was fast and delicious! One of the best things about his place is the LOCATION! You are close to Disney and also close to restaurants, I-4, shopping, etc. We will definitely stay here again! GREAT HOTEL for the price!

The hotel has convenient shuttle to Disney. The location is close to a varity of restaurants. In 10 min you can drive to any park. Room was clean and comfortable.

First, there is no restaurant in the hotel (but there are a number nearby). They charge too much for a very basic breakfast. The service is modest at best: when we did not get any washcloths and called twice for them to be brough to the room, none came. The place was FULL of travelling, LOUD high school students when we stayed -- and they were loud at all hours yet the staff didn't respond.

we selected this hotel due to good reviews & it lists having a fridge in the room. must request one on check in. requested one the night we checked in & tried to be flexible, told staff if in room by next day is ok. got home from parks, no fridge, no towels. none replaced by housekeeping. called again & wait for these after long day at the parks. FYI - people with allergies, request non feather pillows at check in. we had 1 in our room, was 10pm before we got 2 additional. wallpaper was badly peeling in bath, room rather small, but clean.

Overall the hotel was not bad. They had a sewerage problem in a wing of the hotel that woke me up in the middle of the night and I was sick the entire next day. They were very slow in relocating us to another room.

We stayed at a suite and enjoyed our stay immensely. The wireless internet service was an excellent feature for business travelers like us. One thing in need of improvement is the shower. The shower tap was broken, water was leaking everywhere and water pressure was low. I think this was pointed out by a number of reviewers. Simply replacing the old shower tap would be a real nice improvment!

THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL THAT WE EVER STAYED IN. WE HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! WOULD RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! TRY AND GET THE BREAKFAST BUFFET INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY IT WILL BE WORTH IT.

I stayed at corporate rate for 4 days and I have to say, this is one of my best experiences. Friendly Staff, Very professional Room cleaning, they even arranged my slippers in closet! Excellent & free Wireless service, great business service, and close to everything!
