We have been vacationing at Disney for years (15+). This was the worst experience of any of our trips. The quality of this hotel and the Disney service was so poor. Our list of horrible experiences here is unbelievable. I am so disappointed that Disney no longer cares about guest relations.

the only thing that was bad was that we had an ant problem is our room and it was preatty bad and they had to come and spray our room this problem was already in our room before we checked in.

I never felt like I left the parks by staying at the Contemporary. That great Disney high never came down in the four days we were there. Loved staying in the tower, not for the view but because the monorail was within steps of our room. Chef Mickey's food was bad, but the other restaurants are great. Rooms were beautiful and having a computer in the room was an unexpected treat.

We stayed from Dec. 19 to Jan. 02, 07. The only thing we found bad was the food. We knew it was going to be pricey, but not boring. We just wanted to see something else besides hamburgers, hotdogs and pizzas on the menu. I was scared when I booked this room, because of the reviews they were awful, boy I'm glad I didn't paid attention to them. We're sure coming back!!!

We stayed at the contemporary in newly renovated rooms and I was impressed.Lcd or plasma tvs in the rooms and a very soft bed .Would stay here again and would only rate the polynesian higher,because of atmosphere.Worth the price if you want a good expirience at disney.

From the first time I went to Disney, 20 years ago, I wanted to stay at the Contemporary. I was not disappointed. Very nice resort.

This resort was PERFECT! It met all our expectations. The food was good, the kids LOVED the arcade & the pool, especially the waterslide. The life guards went above & beyond, they played pool games with the kids during their breaks. The rooms were HUGE & customer service fantastic. We had a problem with our fridge & they had a brand new one installed within an hour. The beds were comfy & the maid service exceptional, we'd go back in again!!

After living in Orlando for 40 years, I finally booked a room for my 40th birthday. We still haven't stopped talking about our stay. This hotel has ruined us for any other hotel .........it is incredible!

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row. Concierge level a MUST - BEAUTIFUL new rooms. Concierge service was perfect, as usual. Wouldn't stay in reg. room. By the way, musty smell everyone is talking about is from Hurricane Jean in 9/04; all rooms on lagoon side were soaked!

i was'nt staying there, but i was trying to get a bus ride back to epcot where i had my car parked. i waited almost an hour and was told that no more buses were going that way. this was when the magic kingdom had closed. i had to take a cab back to epcot, which was almost $15.00.

A tired, dated hotel. Woke up every day to the sound of hammering and drilling on the floor just above. Lousy, old, stale room. Got a 5 minute pitch for a cash tip from the driver on the bus ride to the airport. Not worth the 'luxury' price. This isn't Disney.

Super Service.Staff very friendly, courteous & helpful. Wonderful steak at Concourse S.H.!! Great Character Dinner at Chef Mickey's. Decor is gaudy, but the room is comfortable. Nice patio, but about a mile from monorail! UGH!! Two nice pools;one with slide. Extremely convenient to M.K. Great arcade/Food and Fun Center......staff goes out of their way to help! Free wheelchair available for seniors and handicapped. Public restrooms dirty, but staff cleaned immediately when made aware of problem. Other public areas clean. Laundry area expensive.Go offsite if needed.

This was our 3rd stay at the Contemporary. The location is perfect and we are very spoiled. This time we didn't think the room was ever cleaned well and had a musty smell. I think it was a fluke though--we have never had bad service and it was OK, but just not up to Disney perfection. Loved it anyway!

My family goes to Disney every year usually for spring break but we heard christmas time was wonderful. The rooms are of average size and the print is very busy, but it is a nice layout and the service is ALWAYS FANTASTIC EVERYWHERE you go! It is really close to the Magic Kingdom so you can walk their or take the monorail which is super convenient. If your room is close to the monorail though BEWARE! You can hear it pass threw at ANY time of night. Overall it is a MAGICAL EXPERIENCE, the way Disney intended it!

It was our first trip to Disney and our stay at the Contemporary added to the magic. We were especially impressed with the staff and the pool and rooms were exceptional. We were caught in the middle of our trip by Hurricane Charlie and I cannot begin to express our thanks to everyone at the hotel for the royal way we were treated during the storm. The only problem we have is that Disney has spoiled all of our other holidays and Disney withdrawal is also very painful! We will be returning to the Contemporary many - many more times

This hotel is the definition of perfect!!! The rooms were huge and clean!!! The food was great!!! The service was wonderful!!! The staff was sooo friendly!!! It was exactly what a perfect hotel is!!!

We stayed here when the Shades of Green was be remodeled. In all honesty, we could not believe the size and comfort level of the room. It was incredible. And the convenience of the monorail was a big plus as well as proximity to park! We also did some jet skiing and tandem parasailing. Very close proximity to hotel (practially on grounds), and great service. Pools could use alot more "oomph", they were very plain.

The bathtub was full of hair and the towels smelled. The rug was not clean and I had to wait 40 minutes to check in. I was very disappointed with this hotel; poor quality
