Staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is an experience of a lifetime. Its unique design attracts guests who are looking for the hotel with the best location. Literally steps away from the Magic Kingdom you are at the heart of Disney magic. The attractions on the hotel property are also great reasons to come. The marina, swimming pools and Mouseketeer Clubhouse provide hours of fun. Its in-house convention center also attracts businesses eager to mix work and play together. Of course, its major highlight is the monorail that runs right through the lobby. That means you are minutes away from the Magic Kingdom.

You just can’t get any closer to the Magic Kingdom. Easy access by foot or monorail means you can enjoy every minute of your vacation. The hotel itself did receive some mixed reviews though. The pool and arcade areas were big hits with the kids and business groups really enjoyed the convention center. Some guests though were surprised that they saw business people in the lobbies as well as the bland décor of the hotel. But, it is suppose to be ‘modern’. In the end you just can’t beat the location. Disney's Contemporary Resort Accommodations

The rooms feature a modern look and feel… guess it should come as no surprise then that you have Internet Access. Other features include 24-hour room service and a choice of king or queen size beds. The ‘Magic Kingdom View’ rooms showcase the theme park. The ‘Lake/Pool View’ rooms view the water features whereas the ‘Garden/Standard View’ rooms offer views of the resort grounds.

Amenities offered

Choose from two pools or spend the day at the beach. The lake is also a great place to rent a watercraft. After a day of fun you can head over to the barber and beauty shop before an evening out. Not only can Mickey sing and dance, he can cook too! Enjoy a meal at Chef Mickey’s or try three of the other onsite restaurants. The 90,000 square-foot Convention Center is also a huge drawing card for businesses.
