About the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

Located in the Epcot section of Disney World, the Caribbean Beach Resort brings you to the heart of all the action. Spread over 200 acres, it consists of five island villages that reflect the Caribbean culture. Each has its own pool or you could spend a day at the beach along the shores of the 45-acre lake. The bonus for staying on the resort grounds is that you can catch a ride on the bus to the all of the theme park attractions. Whether you stay in Trinidad, Martinique, Barbados, Jamaica or Aruba, the Caribbean Beach Resort is sure to make your dreams come true.

You feel the magic of Disney as soon as you arrive at the hotel grounds. Everything has been perfectly manicured and kept up to date. The pools are fantastic and the rooms, although basic, are comfortable. While some guests complained the rooms aren’t up to Disney standards others commented how quickly concerns were addressed. Another concern raised was the time the buses took to get to the resort but in the end you aren’t driving or parking a car. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort Accommodations

There are three location options for you to choose from. The ‘Preferred’ is located in Martinique and Trinidad North and is the closest to Old Port Royal. The ‘Water View’ gives you beautiful views of Barefoot Bay or the pool. The ‘Standard View’ provides views of the resort grounds. Most rooms throughout the complex come with double beds, although a few do offer king-size beds. And of course, you get the Disney Channel.

Amenities offered

The fun keeps coming long after you leave the theme parks. Spend time at the Goombay Games Arcade or enjoy the great outdoors. Rent a pedal boat, bring the kids to Parrot Cay Playground or join in on a beach volleyball game. You can also make your way around the 1.4-mile jogging trail and yes, leisurely strollers can enjoy it as well! There are onsite laundry facilities, a food court and restaurant for you to use as well.
