The pool is UNBELIEVABLE! No need for water park. Service and staff top notch, room clean and well appointed, pool/lagoon view VERY nice and from our 4th floor room balcony we also had a great view of the boardwalk. Transport to/from other parts of Disney by boat or bus was easy & frequent, also short walk to Epcot and other Epcot area resorts. Waited 3 hrs for magical express to deliver luggage - not hotel's fault - Easter week is the busiest of the year. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Arrived 11:30 at night. Room not made up. Moved to smoking room, nothing else available. Luggage arrived at 8:00 am. Calling to track luggage throughout early morning resulted in staff resonding with "have a magical day"...got very frustration.

Arrived at 11:30 pm 1 1/2 hours after landing. Sent to a room on 3rd floor that was not made up from previous guests. Moved to a smokers room thet stank. Luggage did not catch up until8 next morning. As we call each hour to check on luggage, staff ends phone call with "Have a magical Day". Didn't need that!

We stayed on the concierge level (5th floor) of the Yacht Club and were very impressed by the hotel and concierge staff. The pool has to be seen to be appreciated - it was one of the highlights of the trip for our kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

What a great vacation we had. The Epcot resort area is the most convenient place to stay and the Yacht Club is the nicest resort. The kids LOVED the pool area!! The location can't be beat being walking distance to Boardwalk, Epcot and MGM (or a short boat ride). Our party of five had several top notch room service meals. Shuttle to MK and AK very efficient as well. All in all it was our best Disney trip yet.

We recently returned from a vacation at Disney World and stayed at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. The room was great..very clean. As others have noted it was quite a walk from our room to the lobby, but we found some "shortcuts" that did make it easier. The hotel was extremely convenient to Epcot and MGM. The walk back to the hotel from Epcot was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was out of this world. From the excellent service to the sand bottom pools! We had the Presidential Suite and it was unbelievable! We could see the fireworks from our windows and balconies! The concirege is well worth it and my kids loved every bit of it! No flaws what so ever

We transferred over to this hotel from another resort in the park and it greatly improved our vacation! The service was excellent in all respects. We liked the ammenities and location much better. We have 2 children and they loved the sandy pools and the lazy river. We loved the pools and going to Paris for dinner!
