The toilet had a lot of rust at the base which appeared to be urine. It should be changed or cleaned. The room was crowded. The sleep number beds are the worst bed I have ever slept on. We stayed at this hotel after camping in a tent on an island off of key west, so please know that we are truly campers and not that hard to please but we slept better in the tent on air mattresses that on these beds. The elevator shaft was filled with cob webs. Otherwise the staff was very polite and helpful.

The location was good with a nice view of the bay/gulf.

The sleep number beds are terrible.

For the price this is a good hotel. Not much service in terms of bell hops or in hotel shop and restaurant. Parking was free and on the premises which are a plus. There was only one elevator and it was shabby and slow.

Room was attractive with two queen sized beds. Pool looked inviting.

Walkways to rooms were open and we were on the 5th floor. Very scary to someone afraid of heights.

The employees were fantastic, polite and knowledgeable. A repair person was needed three times and he responded immediately.

New sleep number mattresses were fantastic. Requests for service were promptly handled by friendly repair man.

First day toilet would not flush and TV did not work. Second day AC was out.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel but it is a car, or taxi ride, away from downtown Key West. Most guests liked this Comfort Inn but there were some complaints that housekeeping could do a better job. There were good comments about the nice outdoor heated swimming pool and the on-site Dennys restaurant which is open 24/7. Several travelers said they would stay here again while others said they would look for a property that was closer to Duval Street on future visits to the area.
