We were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend. Great for family as it is a Holidome" with great pool/hot tub. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent."
The hotel was much nicer than expected. Check-in/out went very smoothly!! The staff were very friendly and helpful!!
Most of the equipment in the exercise facility did not work. Also, you could hear every person entering building and/or rooms throughout the night.

Indoor pool was awesome, the staff was friendly, and the room was pretty clean. My only problem with the room was the windows which were opening into the closed hallway and so there was no access to daylight which was a bit depressing. A few good restaurants close by would make this place nicer.
Indoor pool and fitness center, clean room with all amenities, and friendly staff.
No nice eating placing nearby. Room did not have outside facing windows

The hotel is very nice, with an on-site restaurant and room service. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Cookies were available at check in and vending services were easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay, with the exception of the food from the restaurant. It was ok, but not worth the price.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the people were friendly.
The on-site restaurant food was not what I expected for the price.

Many families said they had a great time at this Holiday Inn which has a Holidome area with an indoor pool and whirlpool. They said the prices were in keeping with the facilities and services. There were others who did not enjoy the hotel as much. They complained about high prices, poor soundproofing between rooms and members of staff who did not measure up to normal Holiday Inn standards. The hotel gets a YES rating because many guests said they would return to this hotel on future visits to Jacksonville and planned to recommend the property to their family and friends.
