The hotel was the perfect place to stay for our group of 7 women enjoying a 'girls' weekend" in Jacksonville. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff very welcoming and attentive. The view spectacular. Would stay there again in a minute.

While the rest of the trip was a dissapointment, the Hyatt was above expectations. The staff was extermely friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were great. The best feature is defenitely the beds. I never wanted to get out because they were so comfortable.
Located Close to Alltel - posted on 10/31/2006
We stayed at this hotel so we would be close to Alltel Stadium. The hotel is about a mile away so we didn't have to pay for parking, we just walked.
Right on the River!! - posted on 08/14/2006
I really enjoyed this hotel-- being right on the river, we had a fantastic breeze and actually slept with our sliding door open! The lobby is beautiful and everyone we came into contact with was extremely nice. Being right next to the Jacksonville Landing was great for a young couple--we ate, drank and danced there and then walked (stumbled) home to the hotel!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff provides excellent directions and they even gave us coupons to save money. Besides the wedding party having a little too much fun on our floor, evertyhing was great!

The ability to take a walk on the riverfront was great. Just what we needed after a day of flying. Hotel lobby being remodeled but didn't look bad to begin with. Restaurant service for Bfast was rediculously slow but it was Dec 26 so maybe low on staff.

I stayed at this hotel when it was an Adam's Mark. Hyatt has really done a fantastic job in adding service to this hotel. I would stay again if and when I go to Jacksonville again!

From the Hotel Room was a prestigous view of the St. Johns River. The air conditioniing stopped working so we had to open the windows at night but the fresh air was relaxing. The water would not drain in the bathtub but the mantinence came very quikly and made it like it was never broken.Very nicely decorated halls.Very enjoyable stay

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the roof top pool. The view of the river and the city is beautiful! The Landing is a short walk away for restaurants and bars.

This hotel really surprised me! The location was wonderful. It is right on the river and close to the Riverwalk area. The club level is very fine and I found the staff very friendly!

This hotel looks great and is in a great location. However the staff was very unfriendly and service was extremely slow.

The food and service were wonderful; however, our "HoJo"-like room was not worth our hard-earned money.

Thanks. Access to a refrigerator and microwave would of made my stay much better.
