Overall stay was excellent. I had friends come up to see the room and the river view was gorgeous!

The guy who came to get luggage was very kind and patient.

I couldn't get a smoking room because they were already taken. It was a hike to get outside to a smoking area!

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville is a river front hotel, 19 stories tall. It is the ideal lodging for business travelers. The large well displayed lobby overlooks the river. Have a great time at the popular Trellises Restaurant and Currents Lounge. If you feel like kicking back after a long day, you should check out Jaxx Sports Bar for a cold drink and good entertainment. The rooftop of the building offers great views of the river and features a splash pool and spa tub. The popular Jacksonville landing featuring shopping, eateries and entertainment is located adjacent to the hotel. The staff members will meet all your needs and speak in several languages if you need some guidance as to what places visit. If short of cash, hit the ATM machines on the premises. If carrying some valuables, keep them in the safe deposit box located in the front desk.

Youll be sure to sleep through the night with the Posturepedic mattress provided along with high quality linens, blankets and variety of pillows.
