Conveniently located to most needs with clean fresh smelling rooms and very friendly eager to help staff. Relaxing pool area provides ideal location to unwind at the end of the day and catch up on email while enjoying cocktail from the hotel's lounge.

Not overly crowded, but was close to busy main business district. Nice pool. Good A/C.

WiFi signal was weak in my room which caused on going connection problems. Had to relocate to pool area for better connection.

The hotel and it's employees were very nice, but eat somewhere else!

Front desk & restaurant personnel very helpful & friendly.

The breakfast food was horrible, was too salty, cold, undercooked and coffee tasted like dirt -yuck.

Great location, great staff, upscale, pool not fancy but very clean and really warm water. Meet our needs 100%, but if visiting this area for downtown Jacksonville you should stay on the other side of the bridge. Close to beaches, about 15 minutes. We were visiting Jacksonville University. Good location. Any closer and those hotels are in a bad area.

The Radisson has every thing to meet your holiday needs. Almost all guests were happy with well-appointed clean rooms, comfortable beds, well-maintained bathrooms, microwaves, refrigerators, wide-screen televisions, swimming pool, food and service at the restaurant, courtesy shuttle and customer service. They would love to stay here again. However, very limited television channels, tiny pool requiring cleaning, out-of-order hot tub and slow drainage in shower ticked some visitors off.
