Hotel came up as pet friendly, the hotel was not. Customer service very rude. Hotel under construction, A.C in room not working very well..

Location of the hotel was great for us, right in the Southside area. Hotel was very run down - door to room did not seal all the way, beds were lumpy & did not feel clean. Tub was very stained and toilet did not flush very well. Although they were in the process of renovating, so perhaps it will improve. Overall I felt the price was not consistent with the hotel.

Our room wasn?t cleaned for one day and we did not receive any apology but a roll of toilet paper and two towels. We got attacked by insects on the 3rd night. I told the front desk that when we checked out the next morning, again, no apology was given. Not even a refund since ?we are in a hurry?. There is absolutely no any slight sign of sorrow what so ever. Not even a fake one. I promised myself never ever to stay in any Holiday Inn from now on.

Clean, pleasant. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Fridge and microwave in room were unexpected bonus. Easy to get to and from points of interest, eating options, & airport.

Had roaches in my room. Informed hotel management. They generously reduced my bill for one week's stay by $40.00!
