The Hotel was beautiful and a lovely place to stay though the constant charges. $4.00 for a half can of Pringles and what not and lack of any complimentary amenities made the hotel stay less enjoyable then it could have been. On the other hand the room was one of the nicest I have stayed in and the rooftop heated outdoor pool was spectacular overlooking the main street bridge.

The Rooftop pool was amazing.

No complimentary breakfast.

The omni hotel Jacksonville was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to the waterfront area which offered many dining options. The decor was attractive and updated.

The Omni Jacksonville hotel, located within walking distance of the Jacksonville Landing Riverfront Marketplace, prides itself on its excellent customer service and plush amenities. The hotel, a 20-minute drive from Jacksonville International Airport, offers spacious deluxe, executive and premier guest rooms, and hospitality and presidential suites. Some of the accommodations command spectacular views of bridges spanning the St. Johns River. Its atrium houses a full-service bank and an automated teller machine. Express check-in and checkout services are available. The Omni feature Braille signage, closed-captioned television decoders, wheelchairs and telephone ring dialers for the convenience of differently abled guests.

The 4-diamond upscale award-winning property offers an array of contemporary amenities for an enjoyable stay. Almost all travelers were happy with spacious clean stylish accommodations, well-appointed bathrooms, food at the restaurant, well-maintained rooftop pool and fitness center, competitively priced valet parking, accommodating courteous staff and downtown location. However, a few guests were disappointed with stained bed sheets, small rooms, malfunctioning toilets and inconsistent service.
