Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay. There were a couple of minor problems that we seemed to have, but otherwise everything was great!!
The overall presentation of the hotel was nice.
The breakfast was not very good, and every time we received directions from the staff we got lost.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were on or way to Orlando for a Disney visit and stayed here for the night. We really were able to relax and unwind after several hours of driving. Everything was very clean and the staff was SO friendly and went out of their way for us.
The staff was extremely friendly.
Everything was great.

The suites have separate living and sleeping areas. The kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, conventional and microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, silverware and crockery. Other features include a work desk with high-speed Internet access, dual-line telephone with voicemail, cable television with news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Video games and players are available for rent.

This inn has an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room and a sports court. The complimentary breakfast and mid-week light dinners and weekly barbecue are the only meals served here. Clean, comfortable and convenient: There were the major advantages of staying at this inn according to many former clients. The location close to shops and restaurants was helpful. The employees got good reviews for being efficient and friendly. The front desk staff provided good information on places to eat and attractions to visit. Many guests said they would use this hotel on future visits to Jacksonville and would recommend the property to family and friends.
