The hotel was ok, used a lot for construction workers. Good location but extremely difficult to get into and to return to interstate. We were pulling a trailer and it was really difficult maneuvering island barriers.

The staff was very pleasant, the continental breakfast was nice. The room was not up to par. It had obvious odor from moisture problems.

Parking lot was being resurfaced making getting to your room difficult.

There is a Shoney’s adjacent to the property and other restaurants nearby include a New China Buffet, Sonny's Barbecue, an Applebee's and the St. John's Seafood Restaurant.

This is not one of the favorite hotels at Jacksonville Airport but we allow the property the YES rating because many guests said the property was affordable and their rooms were clean and comfortable. Sadly other travelers complained about poor housekeeping and maintenance problems. Those going on cruises said this hotel worked well since there was a free shuttle to the port and leaving your car at the hotel was considerably cheaper than parking at the cruise terminal.
