The location and motel were perfect for a visit to the Mayo Clinic. Great price and great motel.

Hotel is great for anyone having to visit someone at the nearby hospitals. Butler Blvd is major artery so expect long delays during rush hour and watch out for all the road work. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and short jaunt to beach. Staff is caring and friendly.

I stayed here for a 2 night business trip but would give it a miss next time. You cannot specify a smoking preference and I was dumped in a room that reeked with smoke. Nothing else was available. Internet access is only in "some rooms" - mine was not one of them. A/C unit was very loud

Had problems with AC, phone, & iron. Front desk staff unfriendly. Maintenance man very nice.

Seems the problems over the past months have been corrected. Rooms are nice sized and clean, the continental breakfast has a nice assortment (great fruit salad), we had high speed internet in the room, the Great Rate was indeed, and the staff very accommodating. Would stay here again

hotel not as accessible to food during peak traffic hours, am/lunch/4-7pm. I did not like how the bathrm doors opened into the toilet & bathrm very small. Very cheap towels. Bed very comfortable and room clean. Did not like continental bkfst, very bland. stayed a week, but would only recommend for 1-2 night stay due to the bleachy feel left on your skin from the water .

Though hotel staff were friendly and helpful, most features at this property were not satisfactory. The advertised amenities were unavailable, the bar/restaurant were closed for rennovation, the free breakfast was awful, and the TV in our room was broken. Avoid this property!!

I also came from another hotel in JAX area. The staff was incredible on correcting what the other hotel couldn't (cleanliness & service) and had great info on things to see and do in area. Directions to hotel are sketchy and pool needs more upkeep..Employees at front desk were GREAT! Thank you.

Iron attached to ironing board made it difficult to use. Work table too small. Lighting not good enough for business travelers. Not enough electrical plugs for iron or laptop w/ printer. Laundry soap dispenser didn't work. Breakfast o.k. but not great. Straight work chair seat soiled. Other chair had soiled arms. Is difficult to get into and out of due to the location of the hotel. On-site restaurant closed. Tiny bathroom. Not the worst place I've stayed, but could use lots of improvement.

I stayed at your Best Western and found that your people made all the difference in my stay. The room was nice, but after being on a bus for 8 hours any room would be nice. The wonderful employees made it a delight and better than the other hotels.

Great customer service at check in. Helpful and courteous I would reccommend to others or use myself if in the Jacksonville area again.
