The 255-room Marriott Jacksonville provides quality accommodation at affordable prices for both families on vacation and the business traveler. The modern nine-story, non-smoking hotel is convenient to the corporate complexes at Southpoint, Deerwood and Baymeadows. The full-service hotel has 15 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 600 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area attractions and landmarks include two golf courses, historic St. Augustine, Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, and the University of North Florida.

This Marriott gets good reviews for its reasonable rates, a team of employees that is both efficient and friendly and rooms that are clean and comfortable. The location close to I-95 is ideal for those traveling to and from south or central Florida but not so good for those wanting to be close to downtown. It is a 20-minute drive to the city center. Many business clients say they enjoy this hotel because it is a full-service hotel and they can find everything they need here without having to venture out after a hard day’s work in Duval County. The standard rooms come with a choice of one king-size bed or two double beds. The suites have a separate living and sleeping area.
