This hotel is a good buy. The maintenance is not perfect, but the building and rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff is amazing! They are very helpful and polite and they all speak English!

Very rude customer service. Dirty rooms. When asked to switch rooms who told that we do not have anything better to offer you.

My husband and I got a handicapped room so maybe this is why but we got only a shower and no bath tub. But the shower I wouldn't use without my flip flops. And the pool needed to be cleaned better. The service/desk help was EXCELLANT!!

The hotel rooms surprisingly were very clean and service very good for the price. The rooms had all the necessary amenities. I only stayed for two days but it was nice and pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel the night prior to cruising from Jacksonville. It is a short distance from Jaxport. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that my reservation was not in the hotel's system.

The hotel was very convenient to the highway and to the bowling center that I was competing in a tournament at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and worked for me. Would stay there again.

The Hampton Inn Jacksonville airport was sold and we were never informed. They presented themselves as a Hampton Inn. They have a policy that you can stay overnight and leave your car at the hotel parking lot until you return. When we returned to Jacksonville airport at 11:30pm we called the hotel and they told us we were on our own. They do not pick up after 10pm. That is not Hampton Inns policy. We had to take a taxi to get our car.

I found that the breakfast was excellent. Great buttermilk biscuits (exactly the sort of thing we like to eat when travelling throught the south.)

This is an older Hampton with rooms that exit outside, not as in the photo. Our room had a horrible musty odor in the bathroom and filthy carpet. The mgr. was very apologetic and refunded our money. It would be a nice hotel if they just cleaned it up.
