Hotel was very nice, right on the St.Johns River. Water Taxi is right at the boardwalk, excellent restaurants, super room (wish we had faced river). Pool and hot tub were nice, loved everything about it and can't wait to go back again!!!

The location was marvelous!! Restaurants in Hotel were great, everything was super!!!

The location was perfect for watching the fireworks over the river on the 4th of July. But I did not like paying to park, there was no refrigerator, or microwave in the room, and there were no fast food restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful, but overated.

I love the fact that the hotel had a entrance to the riverwalk. Very romantic!

I did not like the fact that my room didn't have a refrigerator, or a microwave. From the description, I thought all rooms contained these features.

The hotel overall was great. I didn't like the fact that the fire alarm went off at 3 in the am and no one apologized for the inconvenience. Apparently it was a prank, but it shook my 10 up very bad, she could not go back to sleep, which in turn threw her next day off.

The hotel was visibly beautiful and clean.

The fire alarm went off at 3:15 am, had to run down 10 flights of stairs. Alarm was false, no one apologized.

This conveniently located Crowne Plaza provides an assortment of amenities for convenience and comfort. Many visitors liked clean rooms, neat and tidy bathrooms, restaurants, event amenities and services, lounge, parking, location, river views and courteous staff. They would not mind staying here again. However, spotty internet, poor service, dated décor and in-room amenities, parking fee, malfunctioning air-conditioning unit(s), toilet (s) and door key(s), and cold water for shower ticked some guests off.
