My hotel stay was perfect. I think they pride in thier hotel.I would love to stay there often it was like a home away from home.

I liked the fact that they had room service. The staff was so nice and helpful. I loved the indoor pool and the hotel was clean.

The Embassy Suites Hotel Jacksonville-Baymeadows, a full-service all-suite hotel, is situated within walking distance of Interstate 95. A number of local attractions, including St. Johns Town Center Mall, Avenues Shopping Mall, Times Union Performing Arts Center, Jacksonville Museum of Science and History, and Jacksonville beaches are minutes from the hotel. The Embassy offers a comprehensive range of modern comforts and excellent customer service. Light snacks and beverages served at Evening Managers Reception, cooked-to-order breakfast and self-parking are complimentary. A coin laundry, gift shop, newsstand, snack shop, tour desk and an automated teller machine (ATM) are a big plus.

This 3-diamond well-appointed hotel welcomes your four-legged companions. Most of the guests liked its clean spacious renovated accommodations, well-appointed compact kitchens, hot breakfast, evening reception, reasonably priced food at the restaurant, warm indoor pool, well-kept lobby, pet-friendliness and professional friendly staff. However, some visitors felt that rooms and bathrooms require renovation. Noisy air conditioners, fee for internet, weak internet signal, dated in-room amenities, roaches and poor housekeeping service were their major concerns.
