The 132-room Courtyard by Marriott Butler Boulevard provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The five-story non-smoking hotel is located minutes from downtown, the Jacksonville beaches and historic St. Augustine. The property has two meeting rooms for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Nearby attractions and landmarks include three golf courses, the Prime Osborn Convention Center, the Jacksonville Zoo and the Cummer Art Museum.

Those who were having problems with Internet access will be pleased to know the glitch has been fixed and all is smooth surfing. Many clients said they enjoyed the great breakfast here. All the guestrooms, and five suites, have a large work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, wet bar, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and dual-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone.

The Courtyard Café is only open for breakfast but there are several restaurants close to the hotel including a Cracker Barrel, Applebees, Banyan’s Grill and Dave and Buster’s.
