The hotel was relaxing. I was glad for the special rate so that we could stay longer. The room was well decorated. I enjoyed the desk and sitting area. The balcony was nice also.

It was clean, beautiful and relaxing.

We were close to the elevators and some of the customers were very noisy!

The 132-room Courtyard by Marriott Butler Boulevard provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The five-story non-smoking hotel is located minutes from downtown, the Jacksonville beaches and historic St. Augustine. The property has two meeting rooms for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Nearby attractions and landmarks include three golf courses, the Prime Osborn Convention Center, the Jacksonville Zoo and the Cummer Art Museum.

The reasonable rates, helpful and friendly crew of employees, and comfortable accommodation: These are three reasons that many travelers return to this Courtyard. Those who were having problems with Internet access will be pleased to know the glitch has been fixed and all is smooth surfing. Many clients said they enjoyed the great breakfast here. Other said they preferred to walk through the parking lot and take their first meal of the day at the Cracker Barrel. Maybe the stroll over helped build up their appetite.
