This hotel room was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen! Stained rugs and walls. The tub was actually so stained it was grey. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. As if that was not enough the staff would congregate outside our room (which was at the end of the hall) and smoke cigarettes at the exit door and the smoke would fill our room. YUK

My trip was great,the hotel was ok. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times before. This trip was not impressive at all.I reported the refrigerator was not working, about three times.The refrigerator was checked by the maintenence dept. We were adviced on Saturday night, asked to be moved to another room . I don't think this was customer friendly after reporting the fridge was not working.If i did'nt follow up on the matter no one even checked to see if the fridge was fixed. I LOVE YOUR HOTEL SETTING. I DO THINK YOU COULD OF BEEN MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

The room was nice, nothing exceptional. Expected (maybe incorrectly) a suite, got a regular room. Shuttle from airport did not show up. Had to take a taxi but hotel did reimburse. Shuttle to cruise port was unorganized but we made it.

It was ok...nothing fantastic, wasn't terrible. We were just spending the night a day before a cruise and the night we arrived back. The best part was that we put the kids to bed a 9ish on the hide-a-bed and we watched tv in the bedroom till 11! You can't do that in a regular room!

This location is definitely a value for the quality of both the service and the rooms. Our family booked a suite, which had ample room for us. The only thing that could be improved is the pool. It is small, sparsely landscaped and squeezed in by 3 walls of the hotel. However, the pool area adjoins the pool for the Comfort Inn next door, and guests are permitted to use that pool as well, which is much larger and has a nicer setting. I recommend this hotel for families,seniors and travelers with an airport layover in Fort Lauderdale.
