The hotel staff were some what slow in responding to my request. There was dust on most of the furnishings in the room and our sheets were not changed after our first night.

Location was some what " OK ".

If you didn't pay very close attention to the hotel turn off you will miss it.

The hall elevator was very scary. It groaned badly when going up. There was a very soft spot under the carpet and I kept wondering if I was going to fall through it. Needs big time renovation. The box spring was brown and yellow as was the mattress. Just plain nasty!

Faculty.

Nasty. I wouldn't take a shower in the bathtub, it really needs renovation.

Many visitors to south Florida who stayed at this Ramada say it offers great value. Several clients said it was a no frills property but the rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. And those reviews came before the hotel was renovated. The complimentary airport shuttle worked well and the employees here were helpful and attentive. Those going on cruises had the benefit of a shuttle to the Port of Miami cruise ship terminal.
