Good location, nice room, continental breakfast was ok, friendly staff, had a romper room of kids playing loud in the room above, but they slowed down by bedtime (sound proofing between floors could be better) would recommend to friends. One of the better hotel stays in Gainesville.
Free cookies.
Furniture and decorations were cheap looking.

This hotel was comfortable for our one night stay and way surpassed our last Gainesville accommodation at the Newberry Inn.
It was clean, fresh and comfortable.
The front desk was undermanned during our check in.
