Friendly and courteous staff, clean rooms, quiet in the evenings. Very convenient to campus and local restaurants in the area. Highly recommend based on other hotels I've seen in the area.
Very convenient to the campus, quiet in the evenings, friendly staff, free shuttle to and from airport - as well as campus.
The coffee maker in the room didn't work the first day, but they fixed it.

This is one of the older hotels in Gainesville but it still remains popular with visitors to this university town. There were some minor moans that the prices were too high and some guests complained that housekeeping needs to do a better job. Despite this many first-time visitors were impressed with the property and said they would stay here again. The location is good, within walking distance of the University of Florida, and those who dined at the on-site restaurant said the meals were good and affordable.
