Attractive rooms, comfortable, clean, with friendly staff.

Clean, attractive rooms.

The connecting rooms had one queen size bed each which was not convenient with children (why else would I need connecting?).

While this motel provides good basic rooms and amenities and many rooms come with a nice balcony, it is a bit dated. The facility has been well maintained, but it could use an update.

Most "courtyard" rooms come with a balcony.

Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social events. The larger can accommodate 40 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, the Edison and Ford Winter Estates, City of Palms Stadium, the Seminole Railway Dinner Train and shopping at Edison Mall and Bell Tower Shops.

Couples looking for a weekend getaway said this Courtyard was ideal. Rates at the weekend are much lower when business clients are at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the employees are much appreciated for being efficient and friendly. Some clients thought the breakfast costs were a little high so they found cheaper places to eat nearby. There were some complaints about the noise from a busy road but despite this, most clients said they would use this property again on future visits to Fort Myers.
