Very clean rooms and public areas. Good pool area. Staff was very polite and willing yo assist us. We had a very pleasant experience and will most likely return to this hotel. It provides very good value for the money.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such incredible ignorance as I've had to with the staff at this hotel. I have had so many pleasant experiences with other Holiday Inn's that this was a complete and utter let down.

We switch to this hotel from the Bahia Mar. This hotel includes a lot more amenities for less money. We had free internet, free breakfast, free dinner Tuesdays and Thursdays, free parking, free refrigerator, and a free microwave! Wow! The room was nice, it had a crack in the ceiling, but not too bad. The only complaint was getting someone to understand what I was asking. It seemed like everyone I talked to, I had to repeat myself. They didn't seem to understand english.

Hotel was clean and well kept. King bed room was spacious but not huge. The staff could not have been nicer. Front desk people were courteous and responsive. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Had a rental car so didn't need the shuttle service. Would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this brand new hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the rooms are large and modern. The hotel has complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport/seaport. I was very impressed and would definitely return every time I go to Florida. My only complaint is that one of the front desk girls was rude and wouldn't really try to accomodate us.

We stayed here the night before our Cruise. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that looking out our window that overlooked the pool area was alot of grafitti on a privacy fence. Someone should take the time to paint over it. It would improve the view. Hotel very clean otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool was very clean, the staff very courteous. The continental breakfast was great. The free sandwiches and drinks on Tuesday night was fantastic. Definitely will stay here again!!

It was a disappointing stay. They ran out of food at breakfast. People were everywhere!! The were not enough seats to sit anywhere in the lobby. Too small of public areas for the congestion of waiting to go to the cruise port. The pool area should have been nice, but the water was dirty and things were not kept clean. Trash was on the ground.
