Located 5 miles from Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Airport North is at a good access point the downtown Fort Lauderdale Historic District, the Las Olas Entertainment District and the famous Fort Lauderdale beaches. Upon walking in, you will be taken in its British Colonial style decor. No matter you are staying for one night or for a week, the hotel offers all the services to make you feel comfortable and at home. Rooms and public areas are an invitation to relaxation. If planning a great rest, you will appreciate the comfy king size beds. Or feeling like burning some calories, stop by the fitness room, facilities are top notch.

The service is superb and staff is friendly. Free shuttle to airport and cruise port always is available. Rooms are excellent which can also be said about the bed. Location is not tourist friendly. Excellent stay for cruise related reasons. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Two computers in the lobby allowing you to print. Coffee is available all the time. There are 109 guest rooms spread out among five floors. All rooms feature complimentary high-speed Internet access, coffee makers, and complimentary local phone calls. Some rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. You can adjust the temperature of your room to your preference. If planning on sleeping in set up the black out drapes the night before. For late night workers the desk will come in very handy for sorting out papers. For guest’s guests rollaway beds are available.

For sea travelers a complimentary shuttle service to all cruises at the Port Everglades terminal is provided which is also offered for trips to nearby restaurants or to catch flights. In the hotel’s common areas, wireless internet access is available. For flexing some muscles a fitness center and outdoor heated pool are featured. Every morning a complimentary hot breakfast is served. For recreation sailing, boating, fishing and several other aquatic services are available nearby. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area.
