the room was a lot nicer than I expected.The grounds and entry area were in pretty bad shape.The elevator should not be used.

We went to a meeting and it was very convenient and an excellent value for the money. The staff was very helpfull and accomodative to us. Very friendly and professional. Our room was recently renovated and was very neat.

The rooms didn't have irons - & when we alerted the staff- they replied housekeeping is closed and does not open until 7AM- call back then, and hung up! There were no towels or wash cloths, but there was to our amazement- a bar of used soap in the shower!To top it all off- one of the rooms had a bath tub that was not completely in the floor! We expected SO much more. I can't believe these guys are still in business! The Inverarrary is a disaster, and saturated with can't do workers! How unfortunate- i'll never stay here again!

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This once beautiful golf resort is now in a shambles. Trouble with the reservation, given the wrong room twice, 5 hours to get towels, blood stains on the sheets, uncaring staff, holes in the walls, rooms dirty!

The experience I had in this hotel was horrible. There were roaches in my room, dirty sheets, a dirty shower curtain, which no one changed even after my complaints. Also, the elevator seemed as if it would break at any moment. The maid service didn't even make our room up one day. Bottom line, it was the worst experience I ever had and would never visit the hotel again!!!! I will tell anyone I know who is staying in the area never to go there.

Once checked in headed for the elevators this is where your nightmare begins.Elevators sounded & felt like a rocketship about to take off. It was dirty & pieces of it were missing. The room I had, had water damage to the furniture & the walls. Mildew on the shower curtain, standing water in the sink, no toilet paper in the bathroom & there was dust everywhere along the walls. Tried to change rooms. What was offered was no better.

There were numerous construction/ renovations going on during my stay, including elevators that barely worked. My wife and I had to use the stairwell to go up and down to the 11th. floor - it wasn't fun at all. Numerous noises early in the morning by cleaning crews and juvenal clients running in and out of the rooms disrupting early morning sleep. Rooms are standard and good for the price.

The Resort is beautiful with all kind of amenities. Probably needs to extent hours of operation of the restaurants but overall was a great stay because of the service. Everyone was ready to help and very nice. If they upgrade the luxury of the rooms it can be a great place

If you are looking to be staying on the wrong side of the tracks in a hotel that offers dirty rooms and no understanding of service this is your best bet. Checked out because even if they attempted to clean they would need to pull out the carpets and buy new beds. We looked at several rooms in this hotel trying to find one that was even suitable and no luck. Save your money. You can find better hotel for less money. We did

the rooms are horribe, iron burns all over the place, everything is old it should be half a star not three, you need to recheck your ratings, the beds are from the day the place opened, and these are the high points. I called the manager on Friday 3/11/05 and i am still waiting to be called back three days later.

When we arrived at the hotel they sent us to a room that wasn't ready yet. Most of the ice machines didn't work. We got stuck in an elevator and no one came to help, had to pry the doors open to get out and was told it happens from time to time. The inspection paper for the elevator expired by 6 months. The day we were checking out I saw a bug walking across the TV. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone; stay somewhere else.
