The front desk was very courteous and prompt with service. The maids may need a lesson on how to clean a room. The bathroom (toilet and shower) were not cleaned during my stay. They changed towels and took out trash. The rooms were clean and came at a good deal.

2 large queen bedrooms+sofa bed/1 bath (seperate sink/dressing area) suite was perfect for our large family. 3 TVs too! Condo-like :-) Front staff was knowledgeable/helpful with dining suggestions and directions. Other guests were very friendly (like a family since some had been staying there for weeks) and helpful with recommendations too. Fresh baked cookies in the evening and computer/online access in the lobby. Only mark-downs were b/c someone before us had fried dinner in the room and the smell was really unpleasant. Maintainence couldn't get rid of the smell :-(.

Horrible Experience - posted on 08/01/2005

The hotel room was set up as it appears on the web; however, the furniture was filthy and stained, the non-smoking room was a smoking room that had been aired out by a machine, there was pet slob on the windows and I had no desire to sleep in the bed.
