Loved the greeting you get when you walk in. Getting two warm hot chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Loved the balcony with the view of the water. The staff was friendly and I (we) felt safe!

Clean, comfortable and affordable!

Cars going by on the road were noisy, but that is it.

This is a beautiful all suite hotel located right on the Intercostals of Ft Lauderdale. I was very impressed by the room and the quality of the staff. I ordered room service twice and was very disappointed by the service time and quality of the food.

Beautifully renovated hotel with all suite rooms.

The room service was absolutely terrible. Food was an embarrassment and stone cold.

It's a good location. The mall one block away has all top of the line stores and good mall food. One thing that sets it apart is your right on canal and also you can see ocean even from pool view which they did upgrade for free. The warm cookie was inviting, rooms clean, bed real nice, and full kitchen. The water taxi picks right up at back door; for 12$ a day, you can ride to 11 different drop off while listening to the lives of the rich and famous but it was a fun filled day; we stopped and had a awesome day; left at 8 am; didn't come back till 9 pm; the water taxied follows the canal; it was a must do for me and very well done it was (sit on left side of water taxi a lot more they talk about there). The hotel staff was at our beck and call and very helpful. They even can get a yacht for you to rent for special occasions loved it.

Location, rooms, service, free falling shower, plasma TV, full kitchen, nice soft beds no sink holes. The water taxi pick up 7am till 12 am.

Had to pay to park.

This all-suite hotel with AAA-3 Diamonds rating offers more than a good nights sleep. Almost all guests appreciated well-planned remodeled suites, kitchens, buffet breakfast, outdoor pool, service and location. The flipside of the hotel is Internet fee and overpriced self-parking. And, a few visitors also griped about mal-functioning in-room amenities, noise, small fitness center and small rooms.
