The stay was ok. My kids loved the pool. The bad part was that our room key didn't work the second day and they couldn't reprogram the lock. So we had to move to a different room. Only thing offerred us was two drink tickets to their pool bar....definitely not enough for the trouble of having to pack up and move.

New matresses were being put in the rooms while we were there and ours was very comfortable with a nice mattress pad and room was clean but very simple. The grounds and pool area were very well kept and security for hotel was very good I would recomend for a reasonably priced clean hotel but rooms that are adequate but nothing fancy

Beds lumpy, ants in bathroom, noisy, felt like a prison, being watched and breakfast people were rude and parking to small, towels with holes, charging for visitors to see you.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but was a good value. The hotel was well maintained and the room was clean. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The pool area was very nice. The hotel is not on the beach, but the location was central and made getting around very easy. Everything in Fort Lauderdale was only a few minutes away.

Only stayed one night but all was going well until the following morning when we found that the shower didnt work. When reported front desk staff couldnt have cared less which spoilt it for me. Not up to Best Western Standards.

rooms need brightening up..bed needs new mattress and pillows. plastic mattress pad needs replacing. other than 2( one man and one woman) front desk people noone smiled. Continental breakfast staff need to SMILE. New bathroom fine.
