This hotel was very convenient for our one night stay before our cruise. It is close to the port and there is a shopping center within walking distance to pick up last minute things needed for our vacation. The hotel is right on the bus line. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was wonderful, better than home! The only thing I could say that was a negative was that the room we were in only had sheer curtains on the window. The drapes did not close fully to cover the window. As a result people from the opposite hotel could see in our room. The light from outside shown right into our room and we received early morning light which woke us sooner than we normally would have risen. Not a big problem, however, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I think the shuttle to the Port should have been free as was the pickup at the airport.
Convenient location, close to port and stores.
Had sheer window curtains, could not darken room, difficult to sleep.

Many guests who stayed at this Holiday Inn stayed here either before or after a cruise from the nearby Port Everglades cruise ship terminal. They said it proved to be an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the employees here were efficient and friendly. The location was within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. Some guests said it was pricey because of the upmarket location but despite this they said they would stay at this inn again and recommend the property to others.
