The staff was very friendly , but the room was not that clean, the door was hard to lock

This is not what I expected from a La Quinta Inn! It's old and tired looking and needs a major overhaul. The most expensive La Quinta I've stayed in in the last five nights and the most run down. Cigarette burns on counters, dirty carpet and ceiling, torn wallpaper and constantly running toilet.

I was impressed with the overall quality of the hotel for the price, The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. There is also a very well kept pool and hot tub. I was also pleased with the continental breakfast. I would really recommend this hotel. Also it is going to undergo renevation in a couple of months and will be even nicer in the spring!!

No elevators; no high speed internet access in rooms; rooms need updating. Service was great; continental breakfast was great
