The service at this hotel was very friendly, helpful and the room was great - the only thing that let it down was the time factor of checking in. I could not check into my room until after 5pm! which wasn't very convenient considering i arrived their at 2pm and all i wanted to do was slip into my bikini and chill out ! Great hotel if you're staying their a while but they dont cater veyr well for the business customer.

Would recommend this hotel. View was beautiful, staff was friendly. Hotel offered free cold water at beach and fruit at the pool. Negative: valet parking over $20 a night.

This is the best hotel around by far! one word "spa"...pricey but so worth it! plenty to do at the hotel, wish it was closer to malls and stuff. Great place!

Hotel was nice, but not worth the money. Beach was nice, but they charge to use umbrellas, etc. Room service is not available 24/7, have to request new menu everyday and only available after 6pm. Location is far away from night life and restaurants.

The staff here is what makes this resort. They are doing some work on exterior of hotel. I saw one guest yelling at the poor desk clerk, about the work being done. She was truly professional, even offered complimentary jet ski for him and his kids to enjoy. He wanted the world to pay him for what I thought was no big deal. Some people are born complainers and try to get what they can for free. The staff handled it wonderfully. The spa and pool are the best- truly relaxing

From the moment we arrived we were in awe. The bellman was very courteous as was everyone I ever asked aanything of. This was by far the nicest Marriott staff I have come across. It is pricey but I didn't think about it because I was so satisfied.

Stayed here one night before a cruise. Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were ok but expected more for what they charge. The pool area is the best and the beach is fantastic. Will come back and stay here again with the kids next time but won't eat here. Prices for food and drinks were very expensive but excellent.
