Very poor customer service. We had an extremely bad experience with the staff. It was a disaster.

The Worst! - posted on 12/04/2005

The hotel first of all has no front entrance you need to drive up 4 levels to park your car find a spot good luck! then carry your luggage oh you dont think theres a bellman did you? not that kinda of place for the money you will be spending for the room and 12 bucks to park and drag your luggage to a door in the middle of no where to ring a bell where you will have your first dose of the nasty staff. The elevator is a mess teenagers day and night loud annoying music! i had to many problems to mention it is dirty!

Great Place to Stay - posted on 04/19/2005

Had a very good vacation here. 2-Bedroom villa was really nice. Hotel very well cared for and staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location with much to do and places to eat. Parking was not a a problem as others have noted. Construction on either side was not a bother at all. We exchanged our Hawaii timeshare and thought it very fair trade.

My experience... - posted on 11/21/2004

The area around the hotel is under construction so there is noise from this. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and a few blocks from Los Olas Blvd. Room had a microwave/refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Room had a king bed and separate seating area with a balcony that overlooked the pool which is located on the 3rd or 4th floor. We used a cab but there is a $12 per day parking fee for the garage. The hotel is located in the Beach Place Mall so there are several shops and restuarants in the area.
