Customer service was very great, friendly people. Although it was extremely clean the room smelled like and ashtray and I gagged. I was instantly given another room that was non smoking and again extremely neat and clean. Very good hotel, a little high of price to not be beach front but still great location.

I needed to change rooms because the 1st was smoking; it was very easy to change.

The smoking room was unbearable! Not just a little smell, a lot!

The next time we are in destin we will be staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean. We had plenty of towels, lot of peace and quiet, and the front desk help was wonderful.

Overall great hotel and best breakfast we ever ate at a hotel.

We got exactly what we expected and more. Hotel was nice and clean, staff was very nice. The pool was clean. The only thing was it was not on the beach and did not have a balcony but not a problem.

Up to date on decor, very nice for the price.

Pool did not have many lounge chairs.
