The hotel was kept in very good shape. My room was really clean, and the appliances (coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave) looked new and worked. It was an overall good experience. The location is close to public beaches, but my group drove a couple miles down the road to lay at a private beach with some friends. I wished that maybe it had been a little closer to all the other hotels, but that's my only negative thing to say about it.

It was really clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms were a little cramped.

The hotel was great! My family loved staying the two nights that we were there. I honestly do not have one complaint. Even though we were there spring break week, it was truly a great place. I have already recommended this hotel to coworkers.

Great location.

Needed more staff just to answer phones.

The 100-room Comfort Inn Destin is directly across the street from Henderson State Beach Park and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for families on vacation and the business traveler. The four-story motor inn is 25 minutes from Eglin Air Force Base and 20 minutes from Hulburt Air Force Base. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday morning, coffee in the lobby and parking. Nearby beaches include Destin, Fort Walton, Miramar, Navarre, Seaside. Other landmarks and attractions include Silver Sands Factory Stores, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Big Kahuna's Water Park, Okaloosa Walton College, Rave Motion Pictures, Topsail State Gardens and the Track Entertainment Center.

Visitors to Destin enjoyed their stay at this Comfort Inn. They said the property offers great value for money, is well located across the street from the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Most guests said they planned to stay here again since it was difficult to find a property so close to the beach with such reasonable prices.
