the room is clean and kind of comfort, but there is no facility except pool. so you have to go out and find restaurant. pool is small than i expected. but i think it was reasonable with that price.
The room is quite comfort.
There is no facility for the visitors. Only one pool exists.

Our room was great, completely renovated with attractive decor. The beds were very comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. We had an oceanfront room with a balcony overlooking the pool, within walking distance to Main Street and The Pier. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone and would stay there again.
The room decor was very nice, clean.
Common areas, hallways, lobby need to be updated.

Lighting outside was excellent and security was great to have after hours.
Everyone was very friendly.
They did not change the sheets at all while we were there for three days.

Travelers to Dayton Beach who stayed at this hotel said they were delighted with their stay. The location was great, right on the beach, and the rooms are newly decorated. The employees here were helpful and friendly and had lots of tips on dining and shopping. Tip from those in the know: Get a room which overlooks the ocean. Several clients said rates were high. Despite this most clients say they will return to this inn on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
