Rooms were large, spotless, comfortable, and quite with good parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic cereal, coffee, juice, and bagels in a baggie. This is a good place to sleep and GREAT location close to many activities, but is not a destination hotel in itself. I will definitely stay there again as a good value hotel, but not if I wanted a breathtaking view and in-hotel activities. While there try AA Sport Fishing for top notch Deep Sea Fishing!

The off-season rates are fantastic. We got a two room suite with sink, microwave and frig. Jacuzzi was nice, used their shuttle to cruise ship, and had free use of computer at another hotel nearby.

This hotel is nice. It just needs it own swimming pool on it's own grounds. The breakfast is more like a snack, but that's ok because i hop is just across the street and the waffle house is down stairs out the front door. I have told others about this hotel. I give it a thumbs up. Going back in Dec. for another 2 night stay.

Room was great and at a good rate! Very clean and spacious. Much better than I had anticipated. Will definitely stay here again. Could use some more variety in the breakfast, though.

had an ocean view suite that was amble to accomadate 2 adults and 2 teens with enough privacy for all. hotel is well located for all activities in Cocoa Beach area (beach, shopping, dining). View was good, especially of sunrise. would stay at facility again if ever return to Cocoa Beach.

We have stayed here many times over the last six years. In fact, it is the ONLY place we stay in Cocoa Beach. The suites are a great deal, especially for families like us who like to buy our own groceries to ease the budget. The continental breakfast isn't great, but it is good. The beach is one very short block. The best thing is the jacuzzi room with one whole wall a rock waterfall of hot, stressbusting water. We are usually alone when we go, it's like our private oasis.

Don't believe everything you read: I booked this hotel based on reviewers comments and was very disappointed. Room size was good and room was clean; however view was horrible and "hot breakfast" consisted of a waffle maker with mediocre waffle batter to make it yourself.

My Wife & I stayed here one night and WOW. Rooms are very large. Each room has a living room with TV, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Bedroom also has TV. Bathrooms are also large, much larger than any hotel chain I seen yet. We plan to visit here more often and bring our 3 kids. I only wish ALL hotel suites where this size.

We've stayed here twice and we loved it both times! The breakfast was hot and good - I mean eggs and bacon and sausage gravy with biscuits. Not just cereal! The staff is friendly and attentive; the rooms are clean, clean, clean!!Plus it's only a short walk from the ocean! If you plan your stay when there's a shuttle launch, you can see it from the beach!We also love the huge jacuzzi with a big waterfall in it!

stayed here before our cruise, close to port, clean room, staff friendly, parking is tight, breakfast could offer a little bit more, would stay again
