Well situated on Florida?s space coast it offers an excellent value. The staff is most helpful and with 24 hour security we always felt safe.

Excellent location to space coast attractions, very accommodating to our needs (directions, allowed long term parking for our car during cruise, etc).

Restaurant was not up to par and gratuity amount was excessive.

We were looking for a moderately priced hotel, located on Cocoa Beach, with a pool and facilities that would accommodate a family. The Holiday Inn is not a fancy hotel, but provides a fun, laid back atmosphere that works well for a family vacation. We found what we were looking for on this vacation at the Holiday Inn Oceanside.

Great location on Cocoa Beach, with nice pool and good restaurants.

The staff was a bit slow to pick to service and pick up room service trays.

We arrived a couple hours early for check in and were given a room anyway. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the location on the beach. Hotel isn't new by any stretch of the word but is very well maintained and was very clean. We will be staying here again the next time we are in cocoa beach.

Lady that checked us in was the most pleasant person I have ever seen in a hotel.

Not really anything I didn't like.

The 500-room Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Resort caters mainly to vacationers and has accommodation for long-term guests as well as those seeking a weekend getaway. Items included with the room rate at this two-story pet-friendly resort are non-motorized water sports, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee and parking. The hotel has ocean suites with panoramic views of the Atlantic and kids suites which feature a bunk bed, a single bed, television and a pay-per-play game system. The resort is seven miles from the cruise ships docks at Port Canaveral and 17 miles from the Kennedy Space Center.
